Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) p989 account only. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating your account details promptly if they change.
p989 requires all accounts to complete KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the LTO, UMID, or other government-issued photo ID. KYC documents must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and a photograph.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p989 login credentials. p989 will never request your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to p989 support immediately.
All financial transactions on p989 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). p989 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
Deposits are credited to your p989 wallet within the processing time of the selected payment method — GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. p989 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. For verified GCash accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may require 30 minutes to 4 business hours depending on the receiving institution.

p989 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated p989 account suspended.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned before a result is determined will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the individual market rules.
p989 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
p989 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or the VIP program at any time with reasonable notice. VIP tier points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on p989 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if p989 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
p989 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
p989's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your p989 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p989 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your personal information is used solely to operate your account, process financial transactions, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the p989 platform experience.
